Located on Pointe des Chateaux, Villa Karioua Guadeloupe is less than a 5-minute walk from Anse à la Gourde beach. With a capacity up to six people comfortably, this charming holiday home has three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The semi-open kitchen on the living room allows you to enjoy the beautiful sea view offered by the villa and its pool surrounded by greenery. Villa Karioua Guadeloupe opens its doors for a stay under the sign of serenity.

Could be rented with Villa Kaouane and offering a 12 guests villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Karioua - when we booked we thought we would be isolated but it turned out to be the perfect setting for our holiday. The villa is well equipped, had amazing views (much better than it looks on pictures), peaceful neighbourhood, easy access to many good beaches (walkdrive), lots of restaurants (5/10 min drive) and everywhere you want to be on the island. Felix (the owner) was very friendly and super helpful, gave us great tips, answered every question. All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely come back. Big thanks to Manuel from Prestige Villa Rental who was also very attentive and made our holiday a great experience.

The only thing we would have a complaint about was possibly the bedding, the sheets, covers, pillows etc. Quite old and not very comfortable. The fitted sheet did not even fit prop...see more

The fitted sheet did not even fit properly on the mattress (was too small for the size of the bed) and when you are spending premium money for an accommodation you expect a little better.
