The Villa AOC is a sumptuous luxury property built in 2022, located on the heights of Anses-d'Arlet, in Martinique. This true haven of peace combines modern architecture with a refined Balinese style, creating a unique setting for exceptional holidays. Nestled in a peaceful environment, it offers a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the majestic surrounding mountains, perfect for moments of serenity and contemplation.

With 230 m² of surface area, this architect-designed villa captivates with its luminous spaces and large openings that invite nature to harmoniously integrate with the interiors. The 160 m² terrace, immense and welcoming, embodies the art of indoor-outdoor living, ideal for convivial moments with family or friends. Completely enclosed and equipped with an electric gate, it offers secure parking for up to three vehicles.

The Villa AOC can accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children thanks to its five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants. The main room, bathed in natural light, combines a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living room with a smart TV, in a space that is both modern and warm.

The exterior of the villa is a true paradise. The vast terrace includes a dining area, a bar, a swing and an outdoor lounge sheltered under a typical carbet. Here, you can savour a ti-punch while enjoying the spectacular view, letting yourself be carried away by the tropical atmosphere. A pool with a jacuzzi completes this idyllic setting, offering incomparable moments of relaxation and well-being.

The villa is ideally located near the charming village of Anses-d'Arlet, an authentic fishing village renowned for its picturesque atmosphere and iconic pontoon. You will discover small beach restaurants, diving clubs and a fine sandy beach perfect for snorkelling. With a bit of luck, you might even swim alongside sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters.

A few minutes by car, you will access the most sought-after beaches in Martinique, such as Grande Anse, Anse Noire, Anse Dufour or the famous Diamant beach. These natural jewels add an even more magical dimension to your stay.
