Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- If the reservation is cancelled: the prepayment amount.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .

Tourist tax not included.

There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.

Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure

Tout etait parfait! Le jardin, la maison, la cuisine, les chambres, les services, l´attention, tout tout tou parfait. L´emplacement est un peu loin de la ville, mais en voiture tout est "gerable". Nous recommandons cette maison.

Rien de négatif, que du positif pour cette belle villa méditerranéenne...
